Need Help -- In Pain

I need your help in figuring out why I am in so much pain.

Whenever I walk a long time casually or get on the treadmill for more then 6 or 7 minutes or work out with floor routines my ankles/legs start to kill me. The pain is mainly at my ankles and the back on my leg near the ankles. I am tired several different shoes and nothing has helped. The pain gets so bad that I have to stop and sit down. It is like a stabbing pain.

What can I do the correct this so that I can work out more?

Thanks.

Boy, that doesn't sound good! I don't know but maybe you might want to consult a doctor...

Do you also get this pain when you are just standing?

Have you tried orthopedics? You should probably see a sepcialist. I sometimes get pain in the area you describe but only after a really intense run and only if I am out of practice.

Sounds like it could maybe be your achilles tendons....you may have stretched or torn them.....proably should consult a doctor regardless!
