2 large eggs, peanut butter on warm whole grain toast, and full fat cottage cheese! It feels like I'm indulging, but I guess that's just the warm peanut butter & only 510 cals!

Got home from my run craving sweets, so I buttered a couple of PopTarts for breakfast. They're not just for late-night snacks anymore!

2/3 cup oatmeal
handful of frozen blueberries or raspberries
splash of almond milk
tablespoon of maple syrup
Cook the oatmeal in 1 1/3 cups of water (takes about five to seven minutes). Put the berries in the bottom of your bowl and then put the hot oatmeal on them. They will thaw but won't get mushy. Add the almond milk and maple syrup. One of my favourite breakfasts and worth about 316 calories. If you add hemp or flax seeds, that will increase the calories, but also increase the nutrition and taste0 -

4 oz chopped mushrooms (microwaved 1 minute and liquid drained)
1 wedge Weight Watchers jalapeno cheese
