So last night I took my son to his soccer game and I saw one of the soccer moms who I hadn't seen in maybe a month or two. As I walked up to her she said "Wow, I didn't recognize you! You've lost a lot of weight, especially in your face! I seriously didn't recognize you!"
Made me feel great! And although I still have a ways to go, it's stuff like this that keeps me motivated to keep doing what I'm doing!

It is lovely when that happens! I am a third of the way through my goal but those NSVs keep me going. Best of luck!0
