PB2 Mocha Banana Protein Smoothie - with Spinach

I have been experimenting with finding alternative smoothie recipes that are a good source of protein, fat and spinach in the mornings, instead of my normal oats or omelet. I was craving coffee, tons of chocolate, and PB. It stands to reason that this smoothie turned out AMAZING.
The toughest part is getting a good, stick-to-your ribs texture but this one turned out great. I like mine thick and this one I ate with a spoon.
Into my Ninja, in this order...
7 ice cubes
30 grams decadent chocolate flavoured whey isolate
1 packet/3g instant coffee
1 Tbsp/5g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp/12g PB2 Chocolate (or 1 Tbsp natural PB)
1 medium/125g slice banana, frozen
70 grams baby spinach
8oz unsweetened almond milk
Blend all ingredients but coconut until smooth - the ice could take some convincing. Once it's full blended, serve it up in a *very* large vessel and devour.
Rough stats with my ingredients - 332 calories, 5g fat, 35g protein, 9g fiber
Totally delicious!
I'll be posting more spinach smoothie experiments in the coming weeks. Part 1-4 can be found here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/891105-almond-mango-coconut-protein-smoothie-with-spinach

Made the shake today and loved it!!! Thanks for sharing your concoction. I am just wondering about the instructions "Blend all ingredients but coconut until smooth". Is there supposed to be coconut or did you mean to type something else?0
