Hi guys,
I'm new to this whole scene, was introduced by my girlfriend who has used this for a while and has worked well for her so far. At first i was like na, doing the whole bloke thing. But i have decided that i have let my self go and I want to lose the beer belly that has appeared and improve my physic and upper body strength for the new football season.
Any tips or advice would be much appreicated.
Thanks

Hey man, it technically is impossible to lose fat and gain muscle. Because losing weight requires a calorie deficit and gaining mass requires a calorie surplus. Don't be discouraged. You can gain strength while shedding off the excess fat. What I would suggest for you is to eat 250g of carbs, 170-200g of protein, and around 50-70g of fat. All you have to do is find foods that fit all of these totals for the end of your day, along with weight training and some cardio. YOU will lose weight. It doesn't matter what the foods are, as long as they fit this macro( pro, carb, fat) total at the end of the day. Along with that I would shoot from 25-30 grams of fiber if possible.0
