Give me your chalenge

Today is Day 7 of my 60 Day Destruction routine, and on Days 7, 14, 21, 28, 29, 35, 36, 42, 49, 56 & 60 are special CHALLENGE DAYS.

There are 2 (sometimes 3) challenges that must be done on these days.
The first challenge is called the BASIC TEST, where I see how far I have progressed with the simplest of exercise (pushups, sit ups, jumping jacks (4 count) squats & Pull ups)
The second challenge involves the help of others. This is where you all get to suggest an exercise or workout (at this current time that does not require the gym at all) and when it is time to do the exercise/workout I will pick one that would be a slightly bit harder than my current level (hence the term Challenge).

So MFPals, what you got, what challenge you think I would actually try, and maybe, just maybe you think I cannot actually do.
Go ahead, try and break me.
