QUESTIONS FOR INSANITY?!

I'm a 16 yer old teenager. I've lost 19 pounds by myself, but i wanted to try insanity. I have one problem though, i won't have time for it! I do rugby 4 times a week for 2 hours at a time, i have ultimate for an hour a week, i have dance for an hour a week, and i also workout 3 times a week for about an hour. Thats sometimes 13 hours a week! I won't have time to do EVERY single insanity workout, but Im going to aim to do 4-5 workouts a week without insanity. I also will be following the nutrition guide, which is most of it. Do you guys think I'll still be able to get the same results? cure I'm still doing cardio, just not all of insanity. Thank you!

Actually as long as you're in a caloric deficit and you follow your nutrition plan you should be good to go without insanity. Your workload is already enough for weight loss now the tricky part is sticking to healthy foods and not overeating! Good luck, btw I tried Insanity over a year ago and its pretty legit! I enjoyed it.0
