    Hello everyone ........

    Age - 46

    1st GW - 210
    Possibly down to - 205

    Then bulk back up to 225 - 230 (using strength training and good diet) with a low BF% as I used to be, before I became sedentary, an unhealthy eater and then fat.

    This all happened after I had a crash on one of my race bikes, and was in phs thpy for 2 yrs afterwards .....I went from working out every day, to not being able to lift 10 lbs ......overnight.
