I am looking at buying a polar watch to track my cals burned when I do home fitness DVD's and when I do weights to give me a better clue as to how much I am burning through exercise.
I don't know which one to buy though. Does anyone out there have a Polar watch and if so which one do you have and why did you choose it.
I like the look of the FT$ and the FT40 but can't decide.
Excuse the typo in the title! It won't let me change it.

I own the FT4, and like it very much. I have used it with some of the monitor systems in the treadmills at my gym, and it syncs up really well.
There are some decent reviews/tutorials on youtube for heart rate monitors, maybe watching a few of them will help you make a decision?0 -
Got the FT60 and Love it!!!! It allows you to manually set your VO2 Max (gives a little better accuracy). Best of Luck0
