Damn sugar!

It doesnt matter what I do I am always over with my sugar intake!! I dont drink pop or use sugar in my coffee. I do eat a good amount of fruit but it's recomeneded to eat 3 servings a day. I cant win grrrrrrr!!

    In my opinion the sugar level suggested on this site isn't realistic. If you eat a normal set of servings of fruits & veg with no processed foods (including foods with corn syrup or granulated sugar etc), you'll go over.

    Just give yourself a gauge of if you're eating purely sugary foods or not and if you're reducing teh amount of sugary foods you're eating over time. Don't worry about naturally occurring sugars so long as you aren't *only* eating fruit.

    I have read that a lot of people only use the sugar tracker for the processed sugars, not the good sugars from vegetables and fruits. So I think you may be okay if that is your sources. I stopped tracking mine for that reason. Hope this helps!
