I am kinds new to counting calories and myfitness pal. I have done Weight Watchers in the past, but want to start counting calories now. I want to start with a 1500 calorie diet, should I go less? I am also planning on doing 60 min of cardio at least 5 days a week. My main issue I have is wanting to see what a good balanced 1500 or so diet looks like.
A little on me, I started at about 200 lbs 5' 10" and dropped to 160 about 2 years ago and gained back about 15 of that. I would like to make it to 155 this time at least.
Thank you!

Check out In Place of a Road Map 2.0 (search for it in message boards) to figure out what your bmr and tdee are. Eat at LEAST your bmr and below your tdee! You won't feel hungry and your body should keep functioning properly!0
