What people do at the gym

Hi would love to meet new people and see and talk to them about what they eat and what they do at the Gym

    i eat a lot of crap lol ive reduced my cals so im just cutting down on portion sizes at the minute but slowly and gradually im learning wee recipes here and there :)

    at the gym i usually go for bikes, treadmill and rowing machine :)

    I try to hit my macros, 35-40% protein with chicken, fish and lean ground turkey. Lots of fruits and vegs. Cardio 4-5 times/week burning about 4000 calories and few days strength training totally about 10hrs.
