Is any one trying to lose weight whilst on these steroids?

Would love to know how you are getting on

What dose are you on ?

What have you found helps?

I have to go very low salt, drink lots of water and green tea and stick carefully to cal count

Have been losing slowly this way 1lb or so a week but have gone down to 13mg and suddenly lost 3 lbs in a few days

Def got little steroid humps on top of my shoulders ugh!

I just got off prednisone. It made me REALLY hungry!! So I had to be extra careful and be disciplined with my eating. I still lost weight though! And I was on a HIGH dosage too. Just keep at it!

Even my uncle who just had bariatric surgery gained weight while taking prednisone. Do you know how impossible that sounds? But it happened. You really must talk to your doctor.
