Im just curious if there are are any foods that you tend to NOT track.
I track religously except for:
Celery sometimes
Mustard
Zero calorie drinks
Anyone else?

Yes, things like mustard or diet drinks. Also if I just use like two pieces of lettuce on a sandwich I won't track that. I also don't track my one cup of coffee each morning. I know coffee is 0 cals, but I do use a tiny little teaspoon of sugar and some liquid creamer. Oh well.0

I am actually quite messy at tracking food (by days). The tipical "half a biscuit" that your child puts in your mouth because he doesn't want any more. The quarter of potato you try when you cook to see if salt is ok. The quarter of sandwich that your daughter gives you in the park because she is full up, and you keep walking half a mile with the silly thing in your hand until it finally disappears (in "your" mouth). The day is full of silly things like that, that actually might add 200-300cal at the end of the day. I find the fact of having children a "messy" business, when I was alone I didn't have all these problems of half biscuits, borders of sandwiches and the 3 chips left on the plate "just when you are going to wash it".
I wonder if people that actually tracks "so neatly" don't have this silly problems and actually just chuck the "crumbs" in the bin without a second thought.0 -
With my daughter it's kind of the opposite! She is a vacuum cleaner for food, so anytime I try to eat at least 1/4-1/2 is eaten by her! So when I'm tracking I have to remind myself that I rarely ever eat the whole granola bar or handful of pretzels, etc.0

i'm opposite, and track everything to an ocd point, including zevia 0 cal soda, 0 cal nectresse sweetner, coffee/tea if it's plain, the piece of lettuce that was on my egg sandwich, the 8 grapes i ate this morning0

Spices in recipes, I don't bother adding them in to recipes (except salt).0

I track everything. Even my seasonings.. I guess the only thing I don't track is all the exercise I do, but I post most of it.0

I don't track spices, unless I'm entering a recipe and I know I'll want to refer back to the MFP recipe entry next time I make it, in which case it's more for remembering ingredients than calorie count. I don't track my coffee anymore. I am not consistent with tracking condiments. I don't usually track things like cough drops or tums or anything under 10 calories. I'm sure it adds up, but I also have my activity level set to sedentary, and I think I move a bit more than that, so I figure it all comes out in the wash.0

I don't track anything that has less than 10 calories per serving. Even if that added up to 40 or 50 calories a day, it won't make a difference in the long run. I tend to underestimate my activity, too.0

I track everything except zero calorie drinks.
I have taken to just throwing things away. At first I would accept every time my daughter handed me a cookie and eat the crusts I had cut off her bread but I tracked everything. I realized that all those little bites added up to about 300 calories (give or take) each day. 300 calories of food I didn't really want in the first place. Most of my meals are about 300 calories. I could have had 4 ounces of Salmon plus veggies or stir fry with chicken and veggies or ice cream and wine and been much more satisfied. I started throwing that stuff away or telling her to throw them away if she didn't want to eat them.0
