There are 29 days left in the month. I figure that at an average TDEE of 2400 calories a day I can hit a 2400 calorie deficit and lose 20 lbs by the end of the month. It's not anorexia, it's just a practical weight loss plan.

Who's with me??

    The healthiest way is to aim to lose 10% of your weight...it will be more sustainable but if you think losing 20lbs is what you want this month....u have my support!! My plan is to lose 10lbs by the end of this month...I m starting at 135lbs. What's you plan for the deficit?? Only diet or diet n exercise??

    That's my goal for the month. I've got 21 left. I had only 11 but February was a very bad month for me. I'm back on track now. Don't know what triggered me to quit the overeating of pure junk but I'm grateful for it.
