I got serious about the program a little over a month ago. First time I've ever been able to lose weight "on my own". The calorie counting is deadly, my goal is 1530 but I run under every day, it isn't hard to do and I feel full all the time. We even eat out about once a week, but we're very sensible in food choice and it's always lunch so it has time to burn off. So far, since late January I've lost 6.5 pounds and I can easily see it on my waistline. I haven't been under 200 pounds for years! My cardiologist and family dr. will freak when I see them in a few months, should be around 170 lbs. by then. Just wanted to share and say thanks to the friend who introduced me to this program - he's lost 45 lbs. so far.:smooched:

You're off to a great start! Congratulations! I also have an issue of not always eating all my calories. Unfortunately the weight doesn't come off any faster. Good luck with reaching your goal before your doctor appointment.0
