My wife made these awesome low calorie breakfest muffins this past weekend, so I wanted to share the recipe.

1 Muffin - Thomas Betterstart High Fiber Muffin - 100 Cal, 24 carb, 1 fat, 1 pro, 5 fiber & 0 cholest.
2 egg whites only - 32 calorie, 7 pro, 0 fat & 0 cholest.
1 slice/piece Candian bacon (aka ham) - Oscar Meyer Candian Bacon - 1 slice= 20 Calories, 1 fat, 3 pro & 10 cholest.
1/2 slice/piece cheese - Kraft 2% cheese 1/2 slice - 30 Cal, 1 carb, 1 fat, 2 pro & 5 cholest.

Total calories - 182
Total fat - 3
Total Protien - 13
Total fiber - 5
Total Cholesterol - 15

By nixing the yolk and going with the lower calorie muffin, you can have a "delicious" meal for about 1/2 the calories than one from a fast food joint.

So enjoy and let me know what you think if you decide to make it.

Try it as a wrap in a Flat Out whole grain wrap with flax...lots of fiber!
