I live in the middle of nowhere basically. The closest gym is about 50 miles away. The only weights that I have are two 5 lb dumb bells.
So I need to know a good workout that I can do with what I have. Any advice? Any strength excercises or just complete workouts in general that I can do.
Any and all advice welcome! Thank you.

If you have a i-phone you can download a free ap called Nike Training. It will take you from beginner all the way up to expert if you like. It has work outs from olympic athletes and trainers. Its awesome! I also LOVE Jillian Micheals stuff. She's great! Good luck0

You can improvise. Use your own body weight for workouts like wall-pushups and tricep dips. Or create your own weights with things around your house. OR if you have a cat, lift their litter up and down.0
