Hi all,
So for the past 6 months I've been using the MFP calorie goal and I've lost over 22kgs (49lbs)! I'm looking and feeling better that I have since I was a teenager. Cool!

But lately I have been reading how people here are eating more and losing more weight/size. So I've started to look into it all. I'm trying to figure out what my new calorie goal should be and here is where you lovely MFP peeps come in!
Stats:
TDEE - 2469
BMR - 1593
From what I've read you should aim to eat at least your BMR and somewhere 15-20% under your TDEE without eating your exercise calories back. Right?
I've still got some weight to lose and I guess I'm scared to change what has worked so far. What do you all think?

The MFP calculator doesn't have the exercise calories, whereas some other do. Eat less than your TDEE for fat loss
If you are using the MFP calculator, eat back your exercise calories.
If you aren't using the MFP calculator (eg http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ OR http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm) then you should not eat back your exercise calories.
But the main thing is eat less than your TDEE and make sure you get about 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.0
