Another TDEE BMR topic

Hi all,

So for the past 6 months I've been using the MFP calorie goal and I've lost over 22kgs (49lbs)! I'm looking and feeling better that I have since I was a teenager. Cool!

But lately I have been reading how people here are eating more and losing more weight/size. So I've started to look into it all. I'm trying to figure out what my new calorie goal should be and here is where you lovely MFP peeps come in!

Stats:
TDEE - 2469
BMR - 1593

From what I've read you should aim to eat at least your BMR and somewhere 15-20% under your TDEE without eating your exercise calories back. Right?

I've still got some weight to lose and I guess I'm scared to change what has worked so far. What do you all think?
