Hello! My name is Grisell. I am originally from Arizona but now living in Virginia where is too cold for me 
I joined MFP a couple of months ago but never really used it. I have had any excuse possible to not start eating healthier or working out and it is time to do something about that. Good luck in your journey to a better you!
