I have uploaded a progress pic to my profile, but I don't know how to put it here. Check me out and feel free to heap praise on me. I have done some P90X , Insanity, free weights, cardio, healthy eating, and all that fun stuff to get to this point. It doesn't happen just by wishing it so. I want to thank my wife for all the help, too! You da you da bes!
