I really enjoy my cake in a mug. I have chocolate. Well I was wanting some kind of frosting for it.While I was shopping at Walmart last night I found the Philidelphia cream cheese chocolate Indugence. It's 110 calories for 2 tbs but I don't need all that. I just put a little bit on my knife and spread it on the cake right as it comes out of the microwave so 1 tsp goes a long way. So that's 1/6th of the serving. I use this little ceareal 1 cup bowl instead of a mug so it's a wider piece of cake.

I've been eyeing that stuff off and imagining it on my apple and cinnamon rice cakes...

That Indulgence stuff is crackalicious. I discovered it when it was on sale for $1.99 at our grocery store. 55-60 calories a tablespoon, and makes a bagel thin taste like dessert. A tablespoon of the cinnamon is great on a baked sweet potato, too.
