I need advice

Ive been doing seated tricep extensions and cable tricep pull downs for 8 weeks. What else can I do to make my triceps grow larger?

Your muscles will only grow significantly if you feed them. You need to eat more calories than you burn for them to grow much.0

Lol I just got done with my legs. Leg extensions, calf raises and leg press. But as for feeding my muscles its difficult cause my main goal is to lose weight first since thats why I joined the gym. I still have 60 pounds to go
. I get about 120g of protein per day though. Yall can add me if yall want. Oh can yall see my triceps growing a lil? I just wish I wasnt cutting right now.

Skip those machines. Do compound lifts. Buy a book called Starting Strength.
Anyway, your triceps won't grow while losing weight. Once you get to low body fat they will look bigger because they will be more defined.0 -
hand by armpit, other on shoulder, use your bodyweight and lift up
standing tricep extensions
push ups

Personally I like to do a lot of Bench Dips (can be done anywhere for the most part and I will even knock some out on my 10 minute breaks at work) and Dumbbell Kickbacks. Either seated with 2 or using a bench with one, standing and leaning with one hand down. Thats just me tho.0
