I have finally reached the point where I am tired of where I am with my weight. So I have decided to buckle down and lose the weight. I'm not a "big" person really. I don't have a big butt and I don't have big legs, all of my weight is carried at the waist and above. For years I used to weight train and then with the jobs I held down I just didn't have the strength or energy to continue so some things got a little bit flabby. I think what got me the most and really set my mind to losing is a couple of weeks ago I was shaking something and I noticed the feeling of my arms flapping. UGH!!!!!! SO it will be back to weight lifting and working out to tone everything back up, regain my muscle mass, lose inches and weight. So I guess in essence I am saying I am going for the whole package.
