Figure up calories burned lifting weights

I run on the treadmill almost every day, but I also lift weights. Only problem is, I am not sure how many calories I am burning while I lift these weights. I normally spend an hourish on treadmill and then another hour lifting weights. Just basic rotation like Monday back, bicep, forearms, tuesday chest and triceps, wednesday legs, etc etc.

Seems to be throwing my numbers off on tracking because I am sure it burns some (maybe not a ton? but I'm not sure)
I am new to tracking my food and calories (use to just say "ill eat whatever I want!" but wanna get even more serious about my health, plus some abs to go with the arms would be nice haha

Is there a good app to use? Right now I just use Jefit for tracking what I do and then re-enter that info in to this.

Thanks for the help

There is an option under cardio for "Strength Training". But really you should get heart rate monitor.

Ah okay thank you. Could you suggest one that easily translates the heart rate measurements into calories lost without breaking the bank too bad? If I drop 200 bucks on one the wife might kill me haha.

I let this go earlier because I sometimes don't feel like answering the same question 100 times, but before you waste your money, read this:

I don't count them at all, but I also burn a big number doing cardio. If I was just doing a strength workout, I would pick a fixed number --250-400 depending on length of workout, amount of lifting, minutes of rest, etc--and use that an see what happens.

There is no user device that can reliably track calories from lifting.
