i'm 24, weigh 153, and am 5"10
i already did some fat loss, which i'm happy about.
but now i want to gain weight
i want to make it to about 170lbs by gaining more muscle
the issue: i am broke and can't really afford gym memberships or anything, i have a set of dumbells that only go up to 25lbs per hand, for a total of 50lbs.
the question: are there any good home workouts for a poor man like me, that require mostly body weight and what i have of dumbells?
also, what are some inexpensive things i could add to my grocery list that will give me the necessary amount of proteins, carbs, and (good)fats to bulk up a bit? and what are some things i should REALLY never eat? can i still enjoy the odd cookie here and there? or alcohol?
i do a lot of biking, drumming, and a bit of jogging and skip rope.. i bike everywhere i go, there are about 2 or 3 days a week where i do a total of 3hours of biking, and i already do squats and lunges and stuff, so it's mostly just doing cardio right now i'd raelly like to use my weights and work on my upper body. and tone my stomach too.
thanks in advance for any help.
