low fat foods.

so im always within my calorie count but ive been having some problems with my fat count. i need some ideas of delicious low fat foods that i can eat as snacks or as a small meal. help please!

    You can actually change your % of fat allowed in your daily numbers up to about 30% as long as it is coming from heart healthy MUFAs like olive oil, avocado, flax seeds/oil etc. I find my food to be more satisfying and I am less hungry when I have some "real" fat with each meal.
