Did first 10k six days ago , had been training for it so wasn't out of the blue. I had a 15 walk to cool down and did lots of stretches after too.

My but cheeks are so sore and nothing is easing it , Ive gone for gentle walks taken anti inflammatory s .
The pain moves into my lower back when I sit down. Getting around/moving isn't sore its more sore when at rest.
The area feels hot so im guessing its inflamed .

Im wondering if I should continue to exercise or stop? Will I do stretches or wait till pain has stopped? Should I warm up to stretch?How long before I run again ??
