How often do you weigh yourself?

I weigh myself daily. I want to stay on top of any flucuations. I keep track on a weekly basis.0

Once a month. I am trying to work on ridding myself of a dieter's mentality. While I still want to shed some pounds, instead of obsessing about my weight, I want to be focused on more important things, such as turning 100% clean eating from a short-term fix to a lifestyle change.0

Honestly? Usually when I wake up to go to work... but Ive convinced myself it only really counts on weigh in days when I actually record it.

I weigh myself daily. I like to see the fluctuations in my weight. I used to weigh myself once a week and then get bummed if I hadn't lost anything/ put on weight. Now with this I can see that it goes up and day everyday but the trend is always down.0

It used to be daily, but starting this week, I'm only going to weigh myself once a week. I find it freeing not to let the scale rule me. I know if I follow my plan, I will lose weight.0

Once a month, probably. Or less. I usually don't even bother unless I'm curious. I don't need a scale to tell me my pants are too tight. My love handles do that all on their own, without a number attached.0

Everyday few days. I was a once a day, every morning person but it was depressing to see the scale fluctuate everyday.0

Every Saturday morning. My weight fluctuates so much so I get discouraged if I do it daily. Like I weighed 184 lbs on Saturday and weighed 188 lbs this morning. It does motivate me though if I check in throughout the week but I also feel discouraged.0

i weigh myself every day. i do this because i wanted to keep a record of my weight but i would tend to forget if it wasnt a complete routine that i do every single day. i know that weight fluctuates day to day and more but i seem to be okay with monitoring it like this. i do get upset if i see it go continuously up a little for a few days but then i can figure out why that happened.. where if i weighed weekly id be even more upset if i was like BAM 10 lbs heavier.. the other day i noticed i kept going up and then shortly realized later it was because i had been eating way more fat content then usual because i was eating a specific meals leftovers for a few days. now i know to be a little more conscious of that. i say do whats best for you. don't let the scale get you down.0

I weigh everyday when I get up in the morning. I can gain 5 lbs in a week, so that's what works for me.0
