how to record zumba with hand weights

I just started using Nintendo Wii's Zumba DVD and besides the strange graphics, I really enjoy it. I've incorporated 500 gram hand weights into the mix and have no way of figuring out how to calculate the calories. The forum suggests 'dancing-general' or 'dancing-aerobics', to calculate the Zumba exercise. But what I'm really curious to know is how many calories are burned while using the hand weights. Any pros out there that may have an idea?
If it's too difficult to track, it's no big deal. I'm still moving, right?!

there is a zumba calorie website you can google but they over estimate calories I found.. I would recommend getting a HRM to get an accurate burn..0
