I bought 40 12" concrete landscaping blocks today from Lowes. I had to load them from the the shelf to the cart (20 of them twice due to a color problem). Then load them from the cart into the back of my CRV. Then carry 10 of them from the car to the front mail box bed (one at a time). The remaining 30 went (one at a time) from the car to the fence gate to the back yard until my dog went in the house. After that 20 of them went (you got it - one at a time) to flower beds in the back yard while the remaining 10 were placed around the fence beds. I figure the blocks weigh, at least, 10 lbs. each.
There must be some way to take exercise credit for this but I can't find anything in the database! I wish I had thought to put on my heart rate monitor so I could take the readings off there.
Anyone have any advice?

Try going here: http://www.shapefit.com/calories.html they have on the list "Carrying heavy loads, such as bricks" and an estimate based on weight0

Thanks. That, and a little math, did the trick for me.0
