loosing weight

i had lost 12 lbs , and i was currently set 1420 calories and every week i was loosing a pound a week and making good progress, then two weeks ago i updated my details and the site wanted me to eat 1300 ish calories and when i done that i did not loose any weight and actually put weight weight on, i have been doing some exercise and with recommendation eating the extra calories from exercise . my diet last week had not been great but this week is a fresh week and re typed my details in and its put me back at 1420 calories like before , i have exercise planned, im really hoping i get back on track and loose some weight, but im now scared to eat the exercise calories when i do exercise , whats everyones views when i do exercise should i eat the added calories or only some of them or none?
