Do you ever feel sluggish the day after pigging out?

Since I joined MFP last month, I've been pretty good with food and exercise and yesterday, I found out I lost a total of 7 pounds. Now, I've had the occasional cheat day here and there, but yesterday I TOTALLY "fell off the wagon" and ate all the good stuff: ribs, ice cream, chips, cookies, etc. My daily allowance is 1,200 and I probably ate TWICE that.

Well, this morning I was supposed to go for a 4 mile run but I felt so sluggish, almost slightly hung over (without the headache) feeling. And I didn't sleep well. I guess my body is not used to it. But it's scary because I used to eat like that all the time - which is how I gained the 20 pounds.

Just curious to know if you had similar stories....
