My stomach bulges out like a toddler's belly ?

I've always had this problem whenever I get out of shape, I still other people's chubby stomachs on here and they're chubby yes, but they're evened out. My stomach however, pops out at the bottom like a pregnant woman's early belly, or like when toddlers have those big round bellys (mine is not as round however). Does anyone else have this problem or know why its like that ? It's basically my lower stomach area, where it flattens out up by my ribs.

I have this problem as well. I am male, exercise and eat clean daily and i have gotten down to as low as 10% body fat
I have come tot the conclusion that its either because this is where my stomach holds most of its fat (even the small amount i have) and what also makes it worse sometimes is certain foods. If i eat bread daily it definitely doesn't help the situation so i try and keep it down to 2-3 times a week and very small portions
not sure if this is of any help but if you find out its something else to what i have mentioned id also love to know0 -
I had this problem until I took up Yoga and strengthened my diaphragm through controlled yoga breathing. This tightens up the core muscles - not just your abs - and strengthens the diaphragm so everything "sucks up" even when at rest.
My solution (as ever) is Yoga.0 -
I have always had this problem, even when I weighed less than 100 pounds! In my case it's bloat. I suspect I have an undiagnosed food allergy/intolerance. I wake up in the morning looking normal, but I look pregnant by lunch. I do tons of core strengthening exercises, so I can suck it in, but it never goes away.0
