I love my breakfast sandwiches
Options
Hi all,
I am usually hungry in the mornings, and I need something that will sustain me for lunch or I will snack away. My favorite breakfast is I found these egg patties at Whole Foods in the frozen section for $3.99 for 6 of them. I take one of those, place it in a bowl and puta slice of cheese on top. I nuke it for 60 seconds. Then, I take an Ezekiel high fiber english muffin and I toast that. I place the egg and melty cheese on top and then I top it with either spinach or arugula. A tomato slice would also enhance the flavor. 350 cals later, and I am full until well into lunch. It has good fiber and some protein.
