Dinner
Lean cuisine philly panini 350cals
10 asparagus spears = 50 calories
2 tbls ff ranch =40 cal
Total 515.
88 calories left

    i still have like 600 calories left .... not so sure how to fix that....

    Well I went over by 88, but I had a huge salad I shared with hubby.
    How can veggies and salad with no crap in it have calories.....

    Cucumbers
    tomatoes
    skim milk moz cheese
    kraft dressing
    carrots
    ???

    Maybe I actually need to eat more salads for a energy boost.

    I'm out of broc and cauli and avacados though!!!! I love them....

    I was so hungry!! I had a busy day and made a poor lunch choice as a result. When I got home, I ate various snacks and some matzo ball soup. :happy: I went over on my calories (not much), but spent over an hour moving books in a local library. I'm tired and full.

    1/2 a piece of chicken cordon bleu with tasty cheese and low fat double smoked ham, 1 small piece roast pumpkin and a fair bit of leafy salad leaves with about 1 teaspoon Praise French dressing.
