question about fat in foods

Hi everyone
I have been wondering why we as humans insisted on messing with what is natural.
What I mean is the food we it, we take the skins off or throw a yolk away or trim the fat on everything we eat.
Everyone says to eat as close to natural as possible well thats really not natural to throw good food in the trash because someone in a laboritory says so.
Did God real intented for us to only eat egg whites? or tear the skins off the chicken before we eat it?
I put in a food log for today for a days worth of food that I was intented to eat tomorrow but my micros are screwed up and its because of the fat. I am way below the calories but way over fat!
All of the fat is from natural sources eggs, avocado, evoo, salmon so can these fats really be bad for me??
I have a high metabolic rate for someone my height because I have a very high lean mass so my calories have been ajusted to that but who desides the ratios?
Just frustrated because of all the misinformation out there because I have been overweight almost my entire life not because of how MUCH I have eaten but how LITTLE I have eaten.
Is fat the enemy, really?

You decide the ratios in your settings.0

Don't worry about the good fats. The technology isn't there yet for MFP to sort out the good fats from the bad fats or the fruit sugars from the other sugars, etc. You can only rely so much on a machine and after that let your own brain take over and do what is right for you.0
