I decided to take it ONE WEEK AT A TIME...before you know it monday is gone and its friday.
I bought a pair of bathroom scales today...I have ALWAYS been against having them ..but I decided to track my weight. Every Wednesday a.m. I am going to weigh in !!
I have managed to stay on track for ONE WEEK. I didnt feel hungry or stressed about eating. I made eating an adventure. I tried adding some new things to make bland better. I love horseradish and I put a tablespoon in my tuna salad and it kicked up the fat free mayo.
I mixed fresh pineapple with sugar free jello and YUMMM.
I want this..I really want to be healthy.. its an important thing to me to beable to function freely and easily and not have my belly roll over the waist of my jeans.
I want to get up and not think about what pair of jeans might fit today.
This is an every single day.. every meal..every snack adventure. SO LETS MAKE IT GOOD.
Thanks for being here..thanks for the support !!!

I completely agree with you. I can also recommend measuring your body. I do weigh in officially weekly but weight myself every morning, although I do know this is not good as weight fluctuates for many reasons.
Spicing up the foods you love makes each meal an adventure. I put tzatziki on my sandwich with tuna and salmon instead of mayonaisse.
Saying you want to be healthy is an excellent start. You have a great attitude....an attitude to succeed.
