Hello All!

So I started working to lose baby weight (our youngest is 3 lolol!!) last month on February 1. In that time frame I lost 7 pounds so far. I'd like to lose 60 total. I am not interested in a strict diet, I need to live a very realistic life as I like to enjoy meals with my family and don't think I'd be able to maintain what I would consider a boring diet. I eat tons of apples, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, all varieties of vegetables and we as a family love salad. We really don't gorge on "junk" food but we do enjoy life and sometimes that includes goodies.

What I'd like to understand is how to rev up my weight loss even more. I'm seeing things like macos/micros and I have no idea what that means but the people I see mentioning it have been very successful in their journey. Would anyone weigh (pun intended) in with some great advice. I workout every day usually twice a day. My workouts include strength and cardio and I'm incorporating 30 Day Shred as my second workout. I walk or jog no less than 3 miles during the week and on weekends I take one day off and get a long walk/jog of 4-6 miles. I would think that would lead to more weight loss than 7 pounds. When I had our first two children I didn't work very had at all to get back down to 130 and was trim FAST. So, I'm a little surprised by the numbers this time around.

I'd love to hear from everyone!

Nicole
