Great success stories, how do you deal with the loose skin?

I've gone from 331 to 271 so far...taken a while and I've plateau'd for some time now....I'm getting ready to really go for another push here soon, and start to include a lot more exercise from this point forward....mostly tennis, but some gym too. I guess I have to be honest that I'm concerned about a lot of loose skin... I've seen a lot of the weight loss shows and see how much they have....not sure I'll be able to afford a lot of plastic surgery since I don't think insurance will cover it.....Is there a secret to avoiding it, at least to a larger extent? Some of the people who've posted their success look great, and I don't see much, if any, loose and hanging skin....

Thanks in advance!

On the weight loss shows they are losing weight REALLY fast, but if you are losing weight over time and you are consistently working out and toning up the skin should shrink as you tone. I know a lot of people who have lost 200 + lbs and you can barely see the hanging skin because they did it over time and they toned it up. You have probably plateau'd because you most likely need to change something in what you are eating.

I lost all my weight in a year (130lbs) - Some areas I'm just going to have to deal with but I'm never given up. I LIFT 3x a week and that has really really made the difference for me especially in my arms to fill out the loose areas. Best of luck!
