Am I losing too quickly?

I lost 2kg in 2 weeks, my maintenance is 2320 cal a day as I put in lightly active as my activity level. I work as a cook and spend almost all the time at work on my feet. I've been eating around 1800 everyday and do weightlifting 3 times a week and low intensity cardio once a week. I noticed that my bench press, deadlift, overhead press has hit the plateau. On the other hand I feel good as I look leaner in the mirror. Should I increase my calorie intake a little bit? I don't want to lose muscle

Keep an eye on it...that's roughly 4 lbs...if that continues, then yes...it is a bit too fast. That said, it's quite normal to lose quite a bit the first few weeks of a new diet because you lose a lot of water weight...less food consumed, the less water your body has to retain to metabolize it. You don't look like you have enough to lose to sustain 2 Lbs per week loss...

If it continues, you may want to consider upping your calories a bit. Also, you should be eating exercise calories back per the MFP method, or at least a chunk of them...I usually ate back around 80% of mine per my HRM.

I was bulking up for 6 weeks prior to 2 weeks of cutting and gained about 2kg. I didn't eat back my calories since I don't know how many calories I'm burning during weight training and as for the cardio I normally burn about 360 calories only and it was on sunday when I have my day off so I figure on that day my maintenance won't be as high as 2320 calories. I weighed in just now and I thought I can't be losing this quickly and it wasn't dehydrated weight since I had 2 glasses of water after I went to the toilet.
