restarting path to strong and slim

Hey,

I'm new here. Hoping that myfitnesspal will give me the tools I need to lose the weight that has crept back on since my initial life changing weight loss a couple of years ago.
Really want to get to a point where the scales don't determine my mood for the day/week/month. I exercise a lot and would like fitness and body shape to be my motivation as opposed to the numbers on the scale.
Hoping that being able to track my food will help me to monitor more closely why I'm gaining lbs and inches despite the fact that I exercise a lot and eat healthily (most of the time)

Really need to do this :)
