Help!!! Not really lost in 4 wks..WHY!!!

For about the last 4 weeks I have just about stayed the same & it is really geeing me down as I have been doing everything right & being within my calorie intake & eating back my calories when u do excercise
I go to the gym 4 times a week too. I log everything I eat but still bit losing & it's very disheartening.
Could you guys please give me any advice as to what I might be doing wrong & what I can do so that when I weigh in I actually can see the pounds drop.

My weight loss hasn't been linear, it seems like I lose weight in "waves"...my fat feels more watery, and hangs a little, and doesn't feel as hard when I'm about to lose some weight, and then BAM, it's gone, my skin tighens up a little after 2 weeks, and on to the next wave. Patience grasshopper.0
