My friend and I have engaged one another in a weight loss challenge. We both have significant amounts of weight to lose, and we both want to be healthy and smart about losing weight. That being said, we decided that we are each going to lose 20lbs by May 17th.
I'm looking for friends that will encourage me and support me as I struggle against the temptations to skip workouts and eat all of the junk that I can get my hands on.
