Changed my calorie goal and fat gram goal BUT!! Help!

I've changed my calorie goal from 1400 (even though I normally only got 1200 a day) to 1500 and from 30 grams of fat to 40 grams of fat. And I've finally reached my calorie goal, after a lot of planning tomorrow's meals out. I'm going grocery shopping soon, so I can start eating less processed things, but all I've got left is a few tv dinner meals right now. I made do with what could.

Calories are perfect.
Fat grams are perfect.
******Sugars are out of this world!****** What do I do? Most of the sugars are coming from some "Five Alive" or orange juice because I need that for my yoplait smoothie . (Don't even have any milk) And a lot of it is coming from my lunch, but I don't plan on eating the cherry/blueberry dessert because it's disgusting.

Grrr, I finally get to my calorie goal and it goes over sugars. Damnit, damnit, damnit.

    I agree. I don't do juice. It's liquid sugar. If you absolutely must, try watering it down.
