Hello everybody, just a quick intro.
Joined MFP to monitor my food / calorie intake and have seen that it has a lot to offer!
Despite me nearly fulfilling my weight loss goal, I feel it my responsibility to inspire a few more people to fulfil their personal goals!
Whilst my weight loss has been extreme and the fact it has occured relatively quickly, it is the result of hard work and dedication!
Having feared the winter, it has turned out that someone above has been looking down on me and granted me a relatively mild winter with the minimum of snow, despite a few sub-zero (-2 to -3 degrees) temperatures to train with, however all in all I cannot grumble.
Since 10th November 2012, I have lost a total of 32.90 Kg (72.53lbs / 5 Stone 2lbs) and I am about 7.00kg shy of my target weight of 90.00Kg. More details on my weight loss journey can be read in the "About Me" section of my profile.
I am not looking for praise, however I do want to inspire people and prove that weight loss can be achieved if one really sets their mind to it!
It is a long and enduring journey, and it will be very demanding physically and mentally!
However with perseverence, patience and believing in yourself you can fulfil your dreams and goals.
There will be good days and bad days, unfortunately the bad days are part of lifes "Roller Coaster" ride and all I can say is hang in there!
Start the journey slowly and at your own pace with the exception of upping your heart rate a little and slowly but surely you will see that you improve on a week by week basis. As you feel more comfortable you can increase the duration of your exercise program and it will speed the process up significantly.
I wish each and everyone here at MFP all the best in achieving their individual goals.
Good Luck,
PJD
