NSV Running

Basically I haven't ran in a couple of years due to being a giant cripple, my hips are ruined with arthritis and avascular necrosis and such. After building up some fitness with cross trainer and cycling I finally plucked up the courage to have a bit of a run and managed a solid 20 minute one which is a big step for me. Although I used to run 5km every day up until my hips got worse I am still proud of this.

Awesome! Great job, and how great that you are brave enough to try it again. It can be scary testing your body's new limits. Good for you!0

That's awesome! That's also quite a chunk if you've been injured... so baby it. Don't push too much... but great job for sure!0
