New to Myfitnesspal

Hello Everyone

i am on Day 4 of this and have along way to go. I have been big all my life and have tried every diet out there and they only work for a short time and you gain back more than you lost. So I am looking at this as a way to change the bad habits that I have and take control of what i eat. I am actually surprised at what i have learned already! I never really thought about how many calories i eat everyday and when i tracked what i ate the first day i was SHOCKED!!! I was way over my limit. But day two i was only over by 9 and the last 2 days ive been under. and Im surprised that I am actually full at meals and I don't feel like i am depriving myself of anything. So I guess im tricking myself into a diet LOL. I would love to meet people and help support anyone...Don't be shy :-)
