I really want to make a change.. but then again I've been saying that for 21 years. I really hope I can stay motivated... even though I absolutely hate exercising! ahhhh ahhahahaha wish me luck? = )

I've always hated exercise, too. Believe it or not, I somehow got out of ever taking a single gym class in high school. And believe me, I never worked out after graduation either, until recently. Now I'm addicted.
Take small steps towards becoming more fit each day, and keep trying to outdo yourself. Don't give up. You don't have to start out making a huge change, just allow yourself to keep improving day after day.
You'll do it.
My mom's been working out with me too. When we first started a little over a month ago, she could barely make it to 10 minutes on the treadmill at a walking pace. Today she did an hour and a half, at a higher speed than she could before.
Take it slow, but keep moving forward.0 -
