Should I include my walk to work as part of my exercise?

Thread title says it all.....
I am aiming for 30 minutes of cardio per day and was curious as to whether I should count the 10 minute walk to work as part of that?
I'd be interested to know peoples thoughts....

:)

I would put it down in the cardio section but still do 30 minutes of cardio as well. That way you'll keep pushing yourself.

Yeah that's what I was thinking.
I do a lot of dawdling on my way to work so I definitely still need to get the heart rate up after work.
Wish it wasn't getting so cold though.

No--it's casual activity, included in your daily activity factor.
